Mental Health Poem

The world went back in time,
You couldn't tell but it did,
It also went to the future,
But you couldn't tell
Or could you?
The stars shining still more bright,
Fear,
Did she find her telephone?
An old crazy lady,
From the mental hospital,
Cried
Nothing could compare,
Like from a scene of a movie
She received a shot
Fought the meds
I feared for my liberty, life, and likeability,
I pretended to be okay
I looked around
I thought the shot was coming
A shot that made you quiet,
And drowns you into sleep.
Eventually, I woke up
She asked for her phone again.
