The brown boardwalk blew gusts of wind towards the benches,
I sat on one and from there I looked at a Vet laying down on the far left bench,
The waves came and came,
I feared a great wave would take place,
But it never came,
I surrendered-
And so I walked on the sand,
Reaching closer to the sea,
When I realized I was relaxed,
I had forgotten about the Corona Virus,
I saw nobody on the beach with masks,
It was a hot, cloudy, beach day,
Days I'd never forget.
