Where noone can find a place to rest
To sleep a slumber
Where to place your head?
A night of haunted room corners
Your siblings in another place
Strangers listening from the walls
That seem to have power
I can't find a time better to say
A friend is a foe in this time and space
Unfinished business in California
Traveling through thoughts
Dreaming with terror
Knowing well I wake up unafraid
But tremble from knowing the night awaits.
